There is nothing quite like the energy of a room full of agency founders, especially when that room is in the heart of Miami.
The team from co.agency recently made the trip across the Atlantic for the Agency Hackers Miami Super Summit. It was a week of high-level strategy, rooftop networking, and deep dives into what it actually takes to run a world-class agency in 2026.
Not only were we looking to make the most of our new status as Agency Hackers recommended partners, but we’ve always believed that the best ideas don’t happen in a vacuum. To build co.agency into the best possible platform for our peers, we need to understand the challenges agencies face globally.
Trading the UK for the Florida sunshine gave us a chance to stress-test our story. We spoke with leaders from across the US and UK about our journey, taking a bespoke internal solution we built at our own agency and turning it into software that any agency can use to master their client comms.
The event was headlined by the Founder of Ogilvy, Rory Sutherland, who gave a fantastic talk at the end of day one and was kind enough to speak with us and share some more tailored wisdom.

While we were there as guests at the summit, the Agency Hackers team gave us the opportunity to do a brief plug-in and share our platform with the other attendees. This was a great conversation starter for the rest of the summit, and the interest in co.agency has ramped up.
We’re coming home with suitcases full of notes, some great new international connections, and an even stronger drive to help agencies everywhere fix their client comms for good.
